Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship the Item

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup using the shipping label provided by our portal.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original Mastercard or payment method within 5-7 business days.
